By accessing this website or using RiskVault+, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
RiskVault+ is a governance, risk, compliance, and audit management platform provided by MuSoft Tech Pty Ltd, available in two deployment models:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. RiskVault+ supports single sign-on and requires two-factor authentication by default. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data you input into RiskVault+ (risks, controls, findings, evidence, and related records). We do not use your customer data for any purpose other than providing and supporting the service, except as required by law or with your consent.
Pricing for RiskVault+ Cloud and Your Hosted is quoted individually based on team size and deployment model. Specific payment terms, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be set out in your organisation's order form or master services agreement.
We aim to provide reliable access to RiskVault+ but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical. Support response times and service levels, where applicable, will be set out in your service agreement.
RiskVault+, including its software, design, and underlying technology, is the property of MuSoft Tech Pty Ltd. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the platform as intended for your organisation's internal GRC and audit purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MuSoft Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of RiskVault+ or this website. Nothing in these terms excludes any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Either party may terminate a subscription in accordance with the terms of the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it is deleted, unless otherwise required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers. Continued use of RiskVault+ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
